Program Overview:
NW Dream Team will award a prize in the form of a SurfaceTM tablet for the current quarter and an XBOX OneTM for the following quarter based upon its release date.
Details:
- For every qualifying referral an individual gives to the dream team, the referring individual will receive a $25 Gift Card and a Dream Ticket.
- At the end of each quarter, all dream tickets will be deposited into a bowl and one Dream ticket will be drawn and the winner will receive their choice of the available prizes that quarter.
- At the end of the year, all individuals with a dream ticket will be invited to a special client appreciation dinner/event.

Fine Print:
- A qualifying referral is a prospective buyer that we have taken on at least one tour of homes or a prospective seller for whom we have done a market and value analysis.
- A qualifying referral does NOT have to purchase or sell with the Dream Team in order to qualify.
- A minimum of 10 referrals must be generated to trigger the Dream Prize Giveaway.
- A minimum of 10 closings must occur prior to December 31 through the referral giveaway program in order for the drawing to occur. If 10 closings have not occurred, the drawing will occur at the earliest possible date following the 25th closing through the referral program
- Winner authorizes unlimited use of their image for future promotional purposes by the Dream Team.
